HAS have been fully audited and completed the application for CHAS registration. HAS passed the audit first time to a very high standard and was awarded with the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme Certificate. |

HAS have been awarded with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme Certificate of Commitment - Gold Standard. This certificate ensures that a minimum level of 75% of all HASL operatives carry a full CSCS card for their relevant qualification. HAS can now display the Committed to CSCS logo on all of our documentation and advertising. |

Bovis Monthly Safety Award |

HAS have been awarded the August 2008 monthly Bovis Lend Lease safety award for their continued efforts to promote safe working practises over and above the minimum standards on our project Lancashire Waste Facility. Project - Leeds Granary Wharf Pedestrian Bridge Rope Access Installation |

Project secured to utilise rope access techniques in the erection of a new pedestrian Footbridge in Leeds. Operatives supported by a rescue boat in the event of a rescue scenario. Contract to run for twelve hour shifts over the weekend period. |

HAS expand their company fleet of vehicles with the acquisition of four new Mercedes Sprinter vans for 2008 including the addition of our new and improved vinyl advertising wraps. All company vehicles are now installed with Fleetmatics satalite tracking system and are also speed limited to reduce our carbon emissions into the environment. |

Company Induction Card Introduction |

HAS introduce new comapny I.D software. The new software has enabled us to produce an individual platsic card per worker to log all PPE LOLER inspections, CSCS information and relevant qualification details and expiry dates.
